When I first began doing business with arrons there was a great group of people there, now I get told they will have some furniture for me with in a couple of months and end up never getting it and when asking for information about it get told " I don't know what to tell you!" Then I have to end up having to go to art van to get what we want in a timely fashion then give them another chance to do right and ask them to get us a bed, on the delivery date we were told, I have to call them an hour before the end of their delivery schedule to find out that the guy working didn't know anything about it and the guy that helped set up said delivery wouldn't even talk to me I'm fed up with this location, now I see why I go in there every two weeks and see a new face must mean that they treat their employees just as well as their customers
This company is rude!! They came out to my house asking for the money I owed which is fine, however when I had explained my Grandpa has passed away and we would be there this weekend they then waited not even a whole hour and called my home not only 1 time but 3 times, and then beat on my door like the police the next day as well.... HOW RUDE!!

Very unhappy. Have a washer we rent from here. They brought it in winter snow delivery last year. It is broke down. Said they'd come get it. We plowed and shoveled to make it easy for them. They were supposed to arrive between 3:30 to 7:00 today. At 7:20 they were still no show. I CALLED THEM.and said they weren't coming cause of the weather. IT WAS CLEAR. So much for customer service.
