Hired in late summer/fall of 2016 for our new construction project. To summarize our experience, poor. I've given 2 stars because their strengths included fast and dependable emergency services during our project in regards to fixing clogged plumbing, which was not caused by them. They also had a few capable employees who were tasked with fixing everyone else's mistakes, whom we personally thanked for their work. In almost every other aspect of our project they failed. Over promised, and under delivered on most jobs. We were often told jobs would take a day or two, instead they took days and days spread out sporadically over weeks and weeks. Jobs rarely done right or finished the first time, causing unnecessary repeat visits. Parts and pieces often not ordered before the job. We never once complained until random people from the company started calling and demanding money over the phone. We had already paid them 50% of our total balance at this point and all other requests for draws were in writing on company letterhead. We took the opportunity to express our concern for paying what they were demanding (nearly our entire balance) before their work was even close to being finished, ESPECIALLY since we had received such poor service up to that point. Our complaints and concerns were met with defensiveness and even worse customer service. Owner and employee swore up and down they had MAX a day or two left of work to do. My husband paid them part of the payment they asked for and guess what?Wilsons spent the next SIX weeks finishing what they swore several times over would take a few days. They are the only contractor on our project to not pass their inspections the first time around. As I write, we are awaiting their reinspection for final plumbing, they did not pass the first...or second time. When it came time to give us our final bill owner came to our home to "snoop around" and present us with more excuses as to why most of the issues we had with them weren't their fault. After defending the company and saying how great they are, we were presented with a "billing error" from November 2016, in regards to their company making a $500 billing mistake, that they wanted us to pay for (on a bill that we had already paid in full). It was the perfect end note with their company, a joke.

EDIT : As of 6/23 Wilson's has failed final reinspection for the 3rd time. They are holding up our certificate of occupancy at this point. They even tried to sneak a technician into our unlocked home to fix the issue without informing us. Please know, we paid them in full 2 weeks ago under the impression that they had passed inspections, ZERO integrity.

We have always relied on Wilson's for prompt and professional service, and our most recent experience with them is just one more reason to do so. We had a broken part on our backroom/stand-alone furnace, so we took it in to them for a replacement. However, they pointed out that the part was not broken after all - it just had a loose wire. We brought it back home and reinstalled it, and they were right - the part was not broken, and the furnace immediately began working properly. Then - first thing the following morning, we received a call from a technician at Wilson's, just to follow up regarding the part and whether or not our furnace was working.

In case we needed service, he wanted to call and fit us in first. So my initial gratitude was that they did not simply "agree" with us that the part was broken and sell us a new (unnecessary) replacement, but I was doubly impressed when they took the initiative to follow-up and call to check on us. Customer service at its best!

We had Wilsons do work for us before. They worked us into their schedule soon & did good work, reasonably. So when we needed a new water heater now, called them. They came promptly. I was very impressed w/ Ronald's professional & rapid manner of getting the job done. His helper, Jerrod did good also. We are happy w/ lots of hot water again, & no leaks or problems.

I want to thank you guys . Bill III ,help me find the part I need for my furnace and get heat back in my house.

Replaced our furnace promptly and good workmanship. Would call on them again and would recommend to friends.
