I had to cancel our unit before the 1st to not be charged for the month. I called on the 28th and left a voicemail (because no one ever answers). Look at my account today and see they took money out. I call them to get it straightened out and the chick tells me, after pretty much saying I'm lying about the voicemail, that I won't be getting my $85 back because I "should've kept calling until I talked to someone." I ask to speak to the owner and she tells me it might be a day, maybe a week before he calls me back. Such a scam!
